Faye joined Breens Solicitors in September 2013.
Having originally studied Business and gained a BSc degree in Organisation and Business Studies from Lancaster University, Faye went on to study law at the University of Central Lancashire where she also completed her Legal Practice Course.
Faye qualified as a Solicitor in 2013. She is passionate about Private Client work and has therefore specialised in this area of law.
She looks after a wide range of clients, advising on drafting wills and estate planning, including advising clients on reducing the liability of their estates to Inheritance Tax and planning for long term care. She also handles Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and Trust matters.
Outside of work, Faye lives with her husband and their four children. The majority of her spare time is spent enjoying the great outdoors with her family and her horses.
In 2017 Faye became an member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
In May 2017 Faye was appointed a director of the company.
